  • 1 cup Bean Sprouts
  • Dimsum or other meats  
  • 1 tsp. Cooking Oil  
  • For Sauces (1 serving):

  • 2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce  
  • 1 tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce  
  • 1 tbsp. Hickory Barbecue Sauce  
  • 2 tbsp. Sweet Chili Sauce  
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Garlic Sauce

Hong Kong Style Fried Noodles


Directions

  1. Soak the Egg noodles in hot water for 5 minutes.
  2. Drain water and let it dry for 20 minutes.
  3. Heat some oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Stir-fry bean sprouts for 1 minute.
  5. Add the noodles and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Transfer in a bowl.
  7. Choose preferred sauce.
  8. Top with chosen dimsum or other meats.
  9. Serve and Enjoy!
