Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. Kare-kare Mix  
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Kusinamate Peanut Butter  
  • 8pcs 5am Cooked Twalya  
  • 1/2 Eggplant (Sliced)
  • 1/2 Whole Cabbage
  • 3pcs String Beans (Sliced)
  • 4pcs Chinese Cabbage leaves

Directions

  1. Boil 3/4 Liter of water
  2. Simmer Pre-Cooked Tuwalya
  3. Check the pork if it's ready by poking it
    • Make sure that the pork is tender
  4. Add peanut butter
  5. Add string beans and sliced eggplant
  6. Add Chinese Cabbage
    • Chinese Cabbage adds sweet flavor
  7. Add Kare-kare mix
  8. Mix well until the mixture is fully dissolved and thickens
  9. Serve with bagoong
