A must have recipe yet simple and easy to make, just follow these tips!


Ingredients

  • 5AM Pizza Dough 12” (Par Baked)  
  • 55g Pizza Sauce  
  • 40g Hungarian Sausage (sliced)  
  • 200g Mozzarella Cheese  
  • Cooking oil  
  • 10g Chili Flakes  
  • 40g Pieces and Stems Mushrooms  
  • 30g Green Bell Pepper

Directions

  1. Poke the dough with fork
    • Poking holes in your dough allows the steam to escape so the crust doesn’t puff in the oven.
  2. Brush pizza dough with oil on both sides
    • Oil helps to impede the migration of moisture from the sauce and toppings into the dough. It also helps in making your crust crispier.
  3. Top Pizza Sauce
  4. Add 150g Mozzarella Cheese
    • Mozzarella cheese is perfect for pizza because of its elasticity and stretchability.
  5. Slice your sausage thinly if possible.
  6. Add sliced sausage, green bell pepper, mushrooms, and chili flakes.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  8. Pre heat oven to 240 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes
    • Heat and baking time may differ depending on the type of oven used
  9. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 240 degrees Celsius
    • Make sure that the crust is golden brown
