Directions

  1. Balatan ang kamote.
  2. Hiwain ito nang pahaba upang maging hugis fries.
  3. Magpainit ng sapat na mantika sa kawali sa katamtamang init.
  4. Iprito ang mga hiniwang kamote ng approximately 1 minute.
  5. Hanguin at ilagay sa serving plate na may paper towel upang maalis ang sobrang mantika.
  6. Ilagay ang kamote fries sa isang malaking bowl o lalagyan na may takip.
