  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 cup Cold Water
  • 2 bundles Kangkong Leaves

Directions

  1. Sa isang malaking bowl, paghaluin ang ½ Cup All-Purpose flour, 1 ½ Cup cornstarch, 1 Tsp salt, 1 Tsp pepper, at 1 ½ Tbsp Ranchero's Chili BBQ Flavoring Powder.
  2. Haluin nang mabuti hanggang pumantay ang pagkakahalo ng mga dry ingredients.
  3. Idagdag ang 1 large egg at 1 cup cold water.
  4. Hugasan at patuyuing mabuti ang 2 bundle ng kangkong leaves. Siguraduhing wala nang sobrang tubig upang maging mas malutong ang result.
  5. Isawsaw ang kangkong sa mixture na ginawa at iprito hanggang mag-golden brown at lumutong.
  6. Hanguin at ilagay sa serving plate.
  7. Ihain habang mainit at malutong. Serve and enjoy!
